Diabetes Education and Nutrition | Chickasaw Nation

Tribal Health Services is offering online sessions to educate Chickasaw residents about available programs and services.

The class will discuss various health topics and services available to citizens to improve their overall health and wellness.

Online sessions are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The next class is March 11th. This session will cover diabetes education and nutrition.

Tribal Health Services assists our citizens with their health care needs by navigating programs, determining eligibility, and finding appropriate health care providers and services. Aid is available to help the public with health care costs when all other resources are exhausted. This program supports unmet medical services, dental services, and durable medical equipment.

For more information or to register for an upcoming class, email Tribal.Health@Chickasaw.net or call (405) 767-8976.
