Franciscan Health Michigan City Showcases Faith-Based Diabetes Initiatives at Local Churches

Franciscan Health Michigan City will launch a free faith-based church diabetes initiative, “Fun Out Diabetes,” starting in April.

Franciscan Health Michigan City’s Fan Out Diabetes Program is a faith-based diabetes initiative that partners LaPorte County’s minority congregations with health care systems and community organizations to provide two days of diabetes education, prevention, and prevention. , which offers free discovery mini-workshops to churches. after Sunday worship.
