Keystone Family Medicine will hold its annual Diabetes Health Fair on November 9, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 820 Fifth Avenue in Chambersburg. This free event is open to anyone who has diabetes or is concerned about their risk of diabetes.
Participants will receive a variety of complimentary services worth over $250. Services include blood sugar and A1C tests, foot exams, diabetic retinal exams, blood pressure screenings, and more. Additional resources and education about foot care, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to help manage and prevent diabetes will be available.
A health insurance navigator will also be on hand to assist participants with insurance questions and options. Attendees can enjoy light, healthy snacks and enter giveaways throughout the event.
