Keystone Health offers free diabetes screenings Nov. 15

Keystone Health will host a free Diabetes Health Fair on Nov. 15.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at Keystone Family Medicine, 820 Fifth Ave., Chambersburg. According to a community announcement, visitors will receive diabetic tests, exams and screenings valued at $250 at no cost.

The health fair will offer a range of services, including blood glucose tests, A1C tests, hearing screenings, foot exams, diabetic retinal exams and blood pressure screenings. Additionally, attendees will receive diabetic information and education. This year, free flu vaccines will also be available for those attending the event.

In addition to the health services, door prizes, giveaways and a light snack will be provided while supplies last. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, Keystone Health can be reached at 717-709-7900.
