This honorable appointment recognizes Amy's expertise and dedication to the integration of nutrition, culinary skills and medicine to improve patient outcomes.
The American School of Culinary Medicine is a major organization committed to advancing culinary medicine as an important component of medicine. The advisory board plays an important role in shaping policies, guiding education initiatives and fostering collaboration among health professionals, chefs and nutrition experts across the country.
Amy is committed to developing RCBC's Culinary Medicine and Diabetes Education Program, providing patients with a hands-on learning experience to manage their chronic conditions through nutrition-focused lifestyle changes. Her appointment to the ACCM Advisory Committee highlights her and RCBC's commitment to innovative, patient-centered care.
