The City of Irvine invites local residents to learn about ways to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle at the 15th Annual Healthy Living Expo. Sept. 20, 9 a.m. to noon at Lakeview Senior Center.This free event is aimed at adults 50 and older and will feature fitness demonstrations, health screenings, educational presentations and a variety of health and wellness exhibitors. The Healthy Living Expo will also feature food trucks and a raffle with fun prizes from local vendors.
This event will be a great resource for adults looking to improve their health and wellness. The expo is free and no pre-registration is required.
TRIPS will provide free transportation to the Healthy Living Expo for Irvine residents age 50 and older. Reservations can be made by phone from September 9 through September 19. To make a reservation for TRIPS, call 949-724-7433. Space is limited, so early reservations are encouraged.
