UnityPoint Health clinic assists in managing diabetes

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – More than 15-percent of adults in Scott, Rock Island, and Muscatine counties are living with a diabetes diagnosis. That’s according to the 2024 Community Health Needs Assessment.

UnityPoint Health has a diabetes education clinic at SouthPark Pointe in Moline. They offer support in managing the disease-which without control can lead to heart disease, kidney damage, and vision loss.
