OKLAHOMA CITY — The YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City has opened four new pickleball courts at the YMCA Healthy Living Center, also known as the MAPS 3 Senior Health & Wellness Center #4.

The center, designed for adults 50 and older, focuses on strengthening body, mind and spirit. The new outdoor courts give members another way to stay active and connect through one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports.

“Pickleball has become a favorite activity among our members, and these new courts will allow even more people to experience the fun and fellowship of the game,” said Paul Urquhart, district executive director. “At the Y, we’re proud to offer areas that promote both physical wellness and community connection.”

Located near the Earlywine Park YMCA, which recently added the Thurman Family Pickleball Center, the new courts reflect the Y’s ongoing commitment to accessible recreation for all ages. Together, the facilities expand opportunities for Oklahomans to learn, play and enjoy the growing pickleball community.
