Join our free Doc Talk Thursday, August 8th, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Jamie Goodman, MD, will speak about diabetes and how it relates to cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, obesity, diet, exercise and sleep. Diabetic Meal Plates will be distributed at the event.

The event is open to the community and will be held in Knox Medical Center's Education Resource Room, a one-story brick building across from the hospital's main entrance.

Dr. Goodman graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine where he also completed his residency in internal medicine. Dr. Jamie Goodman is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and specializes in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism.
