Hey Diabuddy thank you for listening to show, send me some positive vibes with your favorite part of this episode.

In today's episode, I sat down with Emily Cornelius. Emily has been a Registered Dietitian for ten years. She owns her own private practice called Glucoast Nutrition, where she helps women from all over the country to reverse insulin resistance and lose weight! She has had her own struggles with hormone imbalance in the form of elevated cortisol and excess androgen production. We talk about the power of CGM and how it can tell us so much about Diabetes and insulin resistance. We discussed strategic eating, why being prepared is important, and fueling the body during exercise.

Enjoy!
