It was a thrilling year, my friend! Here are some of the highlights of Sweet Life 2024.
Sweet life chatbot
For a sweet life, it was a very focused year. This spent most of the time and energy to build a sweet life chatbot. I didn't know how much work would be! But we are absolutely happy that it is now live -English and Ishizuru! See all about it here.

Sweet Life 7 -day meal plan
One of the many years we have wanted to do is a healthy diet that is useful for the whole family. South Africans are already eating, but they are given a healthy twist to comply with the goals of 1/2 plates of vegetables, 1/4 plates of proteins, and 1/4 plates. Look and tell us your thoughts!
SWEET LIFE COOKBOOK
Another big goal we revived this year is Sweet Life Cookbook. This is a low -cost low -carb and local dish book before vegetables, and I am glad that it can be provided for free from here. Find your copy now!

What a beautiful national diabetes month celebration this year. Our community has been very involved, wearing blue and spreading five symptoms of diabetes. We had nine #wearblueFordiabetes champions. One of each state tell us about life with diabetes throughout South Africa. And there were some amazing five surprising symptoms.
We worked together PNP School Club Many of them participated in five symptoms schools to reach 100 inadequate schools, Nishi -Cape, Gorten, and Kwazul/Natal. But this year, we introduced the five symptoms that Friends Challenge and five symptoms challenge! Look at these wonderful entries:

It was a wonderful year for a sweet life -it is full of changes, influence and hard work. We are now preparing for a natural break, and we are already excited about what 2025 is preparing for us!
