Reset format: small steps, big changes

Reset: Small steps, big changes last for a year, and will be provided personally at the Florida Department of Health (DOH-ESCAMBIA) and the Community Center in Escambia County.

Face to distance learning: Groups gather in the same place for a year. Participants have the option to join the session face to face or remotely by making calls or participating through live video conferences. The group will be held every other week for the first four months and the next four months, followed by monthly meetings for the past four months. During each session, the lifestyle coach will teach lessons on another topic, lead group discussions, helping you set and meet goals.

Workplace and Community Leaders: Reset: Small steps, big changes are available to lifestyle coaches who can program directly to the organization.
